- Cause of death was Senile Decay, with acute Lobar Pneumonia being contributory. Certified by G. Mosher(?), M.D. of Norfolk, VA, wih was in attendance from abt. Jan 1, 1914 to day of death, last seeing her alive the day of death.
- Services provided by H.D. Oliver(?) of Norfolk, with burial at Elmwood Cem. on 19 April 1914.
