Thomas Ramsey: Thomas Ramsey Hodges II lived in Alexandria Estate, Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, MD about 1798. He lived in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, MD about 1818. He was known by the title of Dr.. Sex: Male. He was employed as a Physician. He served in the military US Army, Staff Surgeon, 14th Regiment, Prince George's County, MD.

Liber JRM 13, ff 312-316 (Micro 131) Abstracts, "Deed of Gift, Thomas Ramsey Hodges and Sarah Hodges--- "--to Amelia, Mary Ann, and Benjamin Hodges, their heirs and assigns---tract of land "Alexandria" purchased Feb. 1, 1799 from Benjamin Berry--- containing 302 acres, together with all houses, buildings and appurtenances---saving unto the said Thomas Ramsey Hodges, his life estate in said property--In 1818, Thomas as Trustee for his children, sold above estate for fifteen dollars per acre, which sale was ratified and confirmed by Orphans Court PGC, folio 376, June 9, 1818. The Trustee was directed to place the amount due Mary Ann and Benjamin (Amelia then deceased) at interest, either by retaining sum in his own hands or by investing it in the bank stock of some good bank.
TRH II in his will written two years later directed his Executrix to pay from his estate the money due from the sale of Alexandria to his children Mary Ann and Benjamin B. Hodges.

Col. Walter S. Moore late of Baltimore who was known to many of our citizens having been a frequent visitor at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George L. Croll, died of old age, Thursday, January 28th, 1915, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. Gordon Stephenson, Norfolk, Virginia.
