SIDNER Edward P. Sidner, age 92, of West Jefferson passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2004 in Madison House of London, Ohio. He was born February 25, 1912 in Madison County the son of the late Clyde and Bessie Sidner. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Robert) Windsor of St. Louis, MO and Victoria (Steve) Miller of Columbus, OH; four grandchildren, Christopher, Rachel, Amelia and Daniel. He was preceded in death by his wife Jane E. (Crager) Sidner and a son Robert. Family and friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, in the RADER-MCDONALD FUNERAL HOME, West Jefferson where Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. - BRONXVILLE, N. Y., May 6 -Miss Gertrude Miller Woodruff, daughter of Graham Crowell Woodruff of Bronxville and the late Mrs. Woodruff, was married to Lieut. Horace B. Haddox, USNR, son of Mrs. Horace B. Haddox of Gaithersburg, Md., and the late Dr. Haddox, here this afternoon in the Reformed Church. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. John Henderson Powell.
- Escorted by her father, the bride wore her mother's wedding gown of white lace, an heirloom veil of rosepoint lace fastened with clusters of orange blossoms, and carried a bouquet of white orchids, freesia and stephanotis.
- Mrs. Oliver James Lissitzyn of New York was matron of honor, and the two flower girls were Constance Coan of Rahway, N. J., and Dolly McGwire of Bronxville.
- Edwin L. Yates of Detroit was best man for his brother-in-law. The ushers were Clifford S. Woodruff of Rahway and Robert M. Huntting of New York.
After a wedding trip Lieutenant Haddox and his bride will make their home in Baltimore.
