If either claims part of estate of the late Basil Biscoe, now in the possession of testator's daughter Mary Harrison in North Carolina, all estate will go to daughter, provided she relinquishes claim against testator's son James Biscoe, and that she makes over her right of dower to plantation at St. Inegoes which said son had sold to his uncle James Biscoe.
