Foresta Sothoron, a single white female, Occupation At School, died at Maryland General Hospital, Baltimore City, MD on 8 February 1921 at 10:30 pm, at the age of 13 years, 1 month, 24 days. Her residence was Mechanicsville, MD; she had been in Baltimore for the past 26 days. She was born Dec 12, 1907 in St. Mary's Co., MD, to Levin J. Sothoron & Margaret Tayloe, both born in VA. Informant was Dr. Levin J. Sothoron of Mechanicsville, MD.
- Cause of death was Sore throat (possible streptococcic) & Appendicitis-Peritonitis. Ulcerative endocarditis of 26 days' duration was contributory. Disease was contracted at Her Residence. Surgery was performed on Jan 8, 1921. Diagnoses were based on clinical evidence; there was no autopsy. Certification was by George M. Settle, M.D., 2435 Maryland Ave, who had attended the deceased from Jan 11, 1921 until the day of death, having last seen her alive the day of death.
