- Julia was born January 11, 1875 in Poolesville, Montgomery County, Maryland. The birth took place on a farm called Annington at White's Ferry. The original owner of Annington was Daniel Dulaney. Dan Dulaney Jr. was relieved of it during the 1800's due to family loyalty to England. Julia(8929) was the daughter of Robert W. Smoot and Margaret Ann White.
- Thomas married Julia Maria Smoot March 5, 1898 in Alexandria, Virginia.
- When Julia was age 35 and Thomas Cordera Fillebrown was age 41 they became the parents of Robert Lee Fillebrown June 5, 1910 in Poolesville, Montgomery County, Maryland.(8932) The birth took place at Briarley Hall. It is an interesting historical note that prior to Robert's birth the property his parents rented was a girl's finishing school and later in 1917 became Briarley Hall Military Academy. In 1995 only the concrete gateposts to the property remain.
- Julia died June 21, 1940 in Falls Church, Virginia, at 65 years of age.(8930) Julia died her son Robert's home at 1922 N. Underwood.
