Isaac Banes was arrested on Tuesday evening upon warrant sworn out by his sister-in-law, Mrs. Amelia Bartleson, charging disorderly conduct and surety of the peace. A hearing was held before Squire Kraft on Wednesday morning and the defendant was held in $300 bail to appear at court. (Bucks Co. Gazette - Bristol, PA, Reported 1903.11.26)

Married 11/23/1824 to Jacob Lutz (#1323) by Samuel Smith, Justice of the Peace. Died 1/8/1864 (1/27/1864) in Norristown, interred 1/30/1864 in Montgomery Cemetery, Norristown. - The Bartleson, Johnson & Williams families were connected with the Montgomery Baptist Church, not far from the Bucks County line. The Bartlesons of White Marsh came from Holland & settled in Germantown about 1700, with Abraham Bartleson noted as a resident at that time. Sebastian or Sebus was a commonly used name. The family came to White Marsh shortly after 1700 & stayed until about the Revolution. Henry Bartleson was a land owner in 1734, and in 1746 was elected a trustee of the Old Lukens burying ground.
- Elizabeth Bartleson. Probably the wife of Cephas. Born about 3/1746, could have been a daughter of Cephas. Buried at White Marsh.
- Elizabeth Bartleson. May be the wife of Bartle. Born about 1709.
- Nicholas Bartleson. Died 1788 (1798) at Gwynedd TWP, Montgomery Co (was then Philadelphia Co).
